Super simple and sweet breakfast bruschetta that looks a lot fancier than it actually is! Perfect for a brunch with friends or a treat for a special event or if you are just me, a Saturday morning. Plus, there's nutella so...can't go wrong.
Makes: 24 bruschetta Total time: 15 minutes
1 baguette, sliced into centimeter thick pieces
1 cup nutella
2 cups berries (I used raspberries, strawberries and blackberries)
Sliced almonds (optional)
Step 1: Toast the baguette for two minutes until golden brown.
Step 2: Spread 2 teaspoons of Nutella on each slice.
Step 3: Top with berries, almonds and mint.
Step 4: ENJOY!
