Prepared in advance, this sweet treat makes a perfect grab and go breakfast
Makes: 1 8oz jar of overnight oats Takes: 5 minute + overnight
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almondmilk
- 1 tablespoon REAL maple syrup
- 1 package of stevia
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Step 1: In a mason jar, mix together the oats, almond milk, syrup, stevia and chia seeds, until evenly mixed.
Step 2: Place the lid on the jar and put in the fridge overnight.
Step 3: Once ready to eat, add the pecans and strawberries and mix up. Enjoy!
