Cookie Dough Stuffed Chocolate Dipped Oreos

Makes: 36 cookies Total time: 2 hours


  • 1 1/3 cup butter

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 3 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 bag mini chocolate chips

  • 36 Oreo

  • 2 cups of melting chocolate (any chocolate or color)

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars until smooth and light in color with an electric mixer or a standing mixer.

Step 2: Add in the milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and stir until combined. Slowly add in the flour 1/2 cup a time, until the dough becomes fluffy, then add in the powdered sugar.

Step 3: Stir in the chocolate chips. then refrigerate for at least one hour.

Step 4: Twist open each of the Oreos and sandwich cookie dough between the two halves. Repeat with all cookies. (step by step images below)

Step 5: Place the cookies on a foil lined tray in the fridge for 15 minutes. Once firm, melt the chocolate (30 seconds at a time) and dip half of each cookie into the chocolate then place on the foil lined tray. Let harden in the freezer and then move to the fridge until serving.
