Cookies and Cream Rice Krispies Treats

Rice Krispies treats are one of the simplest and quickest treats to make. In these, which are an upgrade from a normal Rice Krispie, I’ve added double stuffed Oreos (I don’t believe in Oreos unless they are double stuffed), giving them a cookies and cream vibe!


Makes: 8"x 8" pan (thick) 9”x13” (thinner)         Total time: 30 minutes


  • 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal

  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

  • 2 bags of marshmallows

  • 6 tablespoons of butter, plus additional for greasing the pan

Step 1: In a large pot over medium low heat, melt butter and marshmallows until smooth.

Step 2: Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies and crushed Oreos at a time until evenly coated.

Step 3: Pour Rice Krispies into greased pan and place in fridge for 20 minutes.

Step 4: Remove from fridge and cut into pieces. Leave out if you are planning to serve them at that time or place back in the fridge in an air tight container until serving.
